Susan Steinicke is a mixed media artist from Lake County, near Cleveland, Ohio. Her work is informed by her many years as a rock vocalist, wallcovering designer and self-professed hippie!
Re-purposed record album covers are lined with specialty paper, laminated, hole punched and grommeted. Nylon belting or guitar straps are then sewn on, and the album pieces are hand-laced together, resulting in a one-of-a-kind record album cover tote bag. The artist also makes vinyl record bowls and miniature album cover pendant necklaces. Susan always enjoys creating custom bags for clients.
